Dear David,
Well, the stress of the last few days has caught up with me. Craved chips all day. Wandering Wullie made quiche and chips for his dinner so I had 5 of them and then inhaled 3 Jaffa cakes. Why, o why?!
Well it's done now. Back on track tomorrow. Going to bed before it becomes 12 Jaffa cakes. I don't actually even like them. This is akin to self-harm, self flagellation.
Off to the land of nod and the restorative power of meditation plus sleep.
Food: protein shake (Mocha), almonds mid morning, tandoori turkey with spinach, wee can of tuna for late-afternoon snack, 5 chips and three Jaffa cakes for dinner
Supplements: Thermobubbles, Vitamin Superjuice (Lemon), Flush and Cleanse, Hoodia
Exercise: epic fail.....
