Day Eighteen & Nineteen:

Dear David,

Another colonic this morning but not with Kim. Kim has jetted off to Chicago as her sister's husband has died so she is going to keep her company. I went to the Buckingham Clinic instead to the lovely Elaine. She knows Kim and calls her Tenko as Kim has a more agressive approach to colonic hydrotheraphy. It was a different experience this morning but found both styles had the same result and desired effect! Same price but was also given a free bottle of probiotics as I left. I was finished at ten and headed down to Byres Road. Byres Road is the heart and soul of the West End of Glasgow and is easily the most cosmopolitan and eclectic streets that this glorious city has to offer.

Went to Booly Mardy's for far and away the best egg white omelette to date, full of chives and served with really fresh side salad. Rambled down to Ruthven Lane and had a look in the collection of shops there. Bought some jewellery and headed to Roots and Fruits back on the main street to get some fennel, garlic, pak choi and almonds. I have not been able to find fennel in any of the large supermarkets. I want to make roasted fennel and garlic to go with my fish for dinner tomorrow night.

Met Madame Mudgeon for lunch in Stravaigan and had hake and greens after some epic Meg Ryan style ordering. Lots of green tea and hot water too.Talked about her exciting date this evening with some man that does installation art. Sounded like he had planned quite an evening! Wandered down to Princes Square and went to...you've guessed it....Cos and Space NK. Got chatting with Julie and Jamie who work in Space NK and we were talking about your mythical thermo bubbles. They truly are amazing.

As opposed to many diet products that come in pill, tablet and capsule form, Thermo Bubbles a powder that you mix with water to make an effervescent drink.  They suppress the appetite, burn unwanted fat and boost energy levels. Thermo bubbles promote thermogenesis; the process of heat production in organisms.

It is a significant component of the metabolic rate and thermogenesis can therefore be stimulated to increase energy expenditure and fat oxidation. Thermogenics are commonly made up of ephedra, bitter orange, capsicum, ginger, guar gum, and pyruvate. Caffeine and EGCG, both found in green tea, may increase thermogenesis.

The primary active ingredients found in Thermo Bubbles beverages contain a unique combination of antioxidant-rich green tea, white tea, guarana, ginseng and B vitamins, for boosting energy and metabolism and ultimately burning calories and fat at a faster rate. It also contains Chromium Picolinate to help curb your appetite and L-arginine to promote lean muscle mass. Full details of the contents are shown below.

The amount of energy that these give you is incredible. I can't drink caffeine at all. I become jittery, my heart races, I can even weep if I drink it. It is just too toxic for my system but the caffeine in Thermo Bubbles has a totally different effect on me. I have boundless energy and I feel fantastic. Best thing about the plan!
