Day Twenty Two: Mabel is a stranger

Dear David,

What a day! Decision making, or rather lack of it, persisted and got myself into a state. Meditated tonight and gave Mabel the cross trainer a wide berth. Shameful! More meditation methinks....

Food: protein shake (Mocha), almonds mid morning, red peppers stuffed with turkey mince, almonds for late-afternoon snack, protein shake (Vanilla) for dinner

Supplements: Thermobubbles, Vitamin Superjuice (Lemon), Flush and Cleanse, Hoodia

Exercise: epic fail.....
